Well maybe this isn't too realistic, but the message is clear, spending $300 at the grocery store is a common occurrence today.
And now with all of the relatives coming to celebrate at our house this Thursday, this fun time enjoying our good fortune to be living in America, the land of plenty, will be a historic event.
This one-shot shopping spree will kill the rest of the month or longer for our family's eating habits.
But hey, we are overweight anyway so it's a blessing in disguise.
