It seems there isn't anything that can be said about Ms. Cheney that could describe her ability to carry on a serious discussion of what is happening to our country without mentioning her mental state being less than normal.
If fact she has demonstrated on so many occasions her ability to cement her qualifications in the mind of the viewers as an expert in the field politics with statements that remind us of someone who should not be without physical assistance for her own protection and for those around her from doing physical and mental harm in the larger society.
In short, she's a lunatic!
