But who cares about you anyway? Most people only look in the mirror to make sure they are actually being themselves and not someone else! Have I done everything right so I will be seen as a member of the group?

Am I properly dressed to stay within the boundaries set down by the group that defines what is acceptable? Reviewing what the going acceptable language is before any discussion on group policy.
Stepping out of line is dangerous when expressing some kind of original thought that might change how other see you?
It really is all about not having original thoughts which will identify you as a troublemaker!
