Given what has happened in California and Illinois with the law makers making sure the population has no rights other than what the Marxist liberated democraaats say and believe is lawful even though their narrative is not Constitutional.
It has no standing, no regal precedent. That the state can remove a child, as young as 10 years old from the custody of the parent because the parent says the child cannot have a ''transgender experience'' that the parent believes will destroy the child physically and mentally.
The state says it does and has!! Stalin has to be smiling and laughing out loud!
