In some cases, it's true, the sun comes up to bring a change in climate, and more so in some area around the world than others. This is especially true as well in Alaska Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The four seasons are enjoyed every year. Every year is cold, then warm, then hot, then warm and then cold again. Blizzards, tornados hit every year. Yikes!
But as we all are or should beware of the history of those that have demanded and got $billions of tax dollars for more than 40 years to change the weather but with no apparent success.
Proof! Florida has just experienced some of the failure of our experts that have worked so diligently to control the weather and have so dramatically failed.
Maybe what's needed over the next several generations of experts is a more aggressive effort and 100's of $billions of tax dollars to pave the way to success. The thinking is, don't give up on something that's fool hardly just because hasn't worked in the past 40 years. (But very lucrative!)
(One positive outcome is that, if the information is correct, the experts are driving new Mercedes Benzes every other year and escaping their busy lives to vacation in the islands.)
