It makes good sense that Newsom would decide that after he has destroyed the great state of California that he would head to Washington to try and destroy the entire country. He knows where all the money is, and he wants it.
After all he is a good democraaat and therefore unable to do anything else other then bring chaos, conflict and poverty to everything he sets his sights on!
