As is the continuing problem for our VP when it comes to explaining anything that has to do with everyday issues that are not so confusing for the average citizen. Why is that?
The media say she is one of the smartest people they know and yet she seems to have a problem that leaves the average citizen dumbfounded by her brilliance!
