Sure, this is just another insight into humanities innovation to take advantage of all kinds of fear, real or unreal many suffer. It shouldn't be this easy to get a tax break, but I believe it is. Just tell the people what they want to believe and then advertise the fact. Especially now that our country is in flux causing many good citizens to question why they are here.
Many have never experienced any bumps in the lives until now when they see their very existence being challenged if not destroyed! It can't happen here, right?
People will bust down the door to be safe from life itself!
