Well, he doesn't have a monocle as far as I know but I wouldn't be surprised if he did as well as some of the more basic memorabilia items that dominated that period in time and brought disaster to the world.
Does Klaus wants to bring back some of those fun times that those people who had ultimate power to do whatever they deemed necessary to force others to obey their agenda and support their ideology.
They knew they had to power to make things happen from the fear to be in opposition.
