Who's at fault here? This an easy question to answer, the progressive socialist liberal democraaats who seek the power for control and by any means necessary. They have no moral or ethical limits. Even if it means the destruction of the entire country.
But a further question that needs a lot of attention, what will the progressive socialist democraaats gain by destroying the entire civil society? What will they do it the population? They have no constructive issues to present, only an ideology of hate of individual freedom and the power to take it away from you.
I wonder who you should vote for in November? Will your vote be for self preservation or a willingness to drop to your knees in submission?
