Is this just a ploy by the city council to show solidarity with the criminals in the streets or are they ready to take a knee as a way of life, they believe, to stay in power and or alive? In the end the criminals, the domestic terrorist have no allegiances to anyone.
Everyone must obey. Everyone must sacrifice themselves on the alter of weakness of integrity, common sense and fear of personal destruction if they don't allow others to take control. But relinquishing power is very difficult for those that have known nothing else.
This cannot and will not end well for anyone.
