I wonder if this individual would be able to sue the seat belt manufacture if he is in an accident. This will fool the police but how will he hide the bungee after a crash?
In reality, it seems to me that if this person is involved in a car crash it won't be an accident, this person is not mentally capable of driving a car or even being able to leave his bed without someone telling him to do it.
WOW - I think we may have the perfect example of a progressive socialist liberal democrat government employee that sucks on the local or federal tit and always votes democrat.
