What happened is an activity that cancels all other activities that may or may not happen when Joe gets out of bed late! Mentally of course, Joes really never does get out of bed! The perfect sleepwalker!

Joe Biiyden never was a real person even when he first started taking the train to Washinton as a Senator 45 years ago. Basically the same guy we see today. He is and always was just O' Joe. |
