Nothing has changed! What we see is Old Joe playing out the end game of his 50 years of government employment. What's worse of course is what we see now is the extended hand of Barrrack pulling the strings to make Ol' Joe jump to his toon to get his ''fundamental change'' for America Barrack wanted during his first 8 years in office but get it done.
Ol' Joe is just the simple buffoon that he was years ago and Barrrack understand and knows just how easy it is to make Ol' Joe do his bidding! After all he was Barrrack's VP for 8 years. He knows exactly who Joe is!
