When you love someone more than yourself, life becomes richer and more worth the effort in the constant fight for position in the civil society we all live in, and in some cases, the uncivil society that is very real stressful.
But stay focused, reach out for the that helping hand, it's just the right thing to do and it feels good to know someone does care for you!
