The State of The Union speech was just more of the same crap Ol' Joe spews out on a daily basis. And to cap off this national nightmare, his interview with PBS was something a normal person can identify that person as being mentally ill!
If that's a little offensive, then just say he is ''three sheets in the wind''!!
