Why promise millions of dollars to people just to buy votes that they don't need as the entire state of California is Marxist democraaat. Come on man, this is California and therefore a total wasted effort to fool the population that hasn't moved away.
Those that are left will vote democraaat even as they are starving to death. So why pay the voters with money they don't have and with all of the people moving away there won't be a tax base left that has money to steal to pay those that are left behind on a death watch.
Ever wonder why Newsom is running for president? He sees what's happening is ready to move away to. Good luck citizens who will wonder what to do next.
