Every country will at some point sell it sovereignty. At least Joe knows Xio will be happy that Joe is doing what he said he would according to their deal. But to some extent it's not enough for Xi. Does Joe want more?
But Xi wants a lot more access to America and how she operates. Xi says our money buys more than just lip service.
