But is it enough for millions of citizens that are dying from starvation as they don't have enough money to buy what food there is left on the shelf or drive far enough to get to a hospital because the car is nearly out of gas as there is no money for gas so mother can take her children that were caught in the street gang gun fire that are wounded or dying!?
