The ''defunding of police'' was never about a corrupt police force, it was and still is all about the destruction of civil society as we know it! Chaos and conflict bring tyranny and control.
The reason is so it can be used to force the population to its collective knees for total control by the tyranny of the few who will have ultimate power! No one will be safe from those in power!
