It's The New Norm! : Solar Panels On Tanks? Airplanes?

 The media asked the secretary of defense, ''What could possibly go wrong here? Will they hinder the performance of a tank to operate independently in the field of battle? Do you call for a time out during the battle to recharge their batteries?''

(I asked a fried of mine who flies 757's how many solar panels it would take to get the aircraft off the ground and if the plane had enough power to get the batteries and the people airborne!?)
