Trying to explain how men can get pregnant is a problem if you have a brain. and therefore, have a grip on reality.
But on the other hand, if you are a Marxist newly liberated democraaat, it's not so farfetched. All that's needed for a man to say, ''I can get pregnant if I want to'' and bingo, it's done! Being ''Woke'', mentally diseased has a lot of advantages. Nothing is impossible!
