This seems like another "new norm" that is more prevalent these days as states that are functioning on common sense don't want people from states that have no common sense to migrate like California. They just bring their problems with them.
Look what happened to Colorado and soon Texas. Once these large state are over-run with progressive socialist liberals from the failed progressive states, the 'new norm' will be complete! Every state will be a failure.
