It seems Joe Biden is just a chip off the old block of past progressive democraaats that find making up a situation easier then retain the facts to support his stories. Remember Harry Reid saying Mitt Romey didn't pay any taxes for 10 years? Later he said laughing it was a lie, but he also said "it worked didn't it!?"
But then it would be a strange event if they actually explained something in the first place that made sense and was truthful.
