Trying to explain to a progressive socialist Marxist liberal democraaat, that lives in a gated community with guards at the door, that their prosperity didn't happened because the lower classes wanted the special people i the system to have the best houses and live the good life, it's because of their innovation and the will to produce was greater then someone else that labors to succeed as they do.
Both it's the will to gain the advantage the seek, it's a special greed to get ahead with a clear vision of a a goal. It's just that one of the workers has more desire and ability to make the system work for them through working harder and longer to harvest the rewards.
In socialism only those that have the power for control granted to them from others in power receive the highest rewards. Everyone else must wait until it their time to be served.
For the honey bee illustration, it's about the pollen that make the plant grow a reward. But for the fly it's only about eating shit then depositing it on everything else around them causing chaos and conflict.
