I love this stuff! I love the spirit to try anything and the innovation to make it work. These are people that live next door to you! What an effort to do something that's thought to be impossible for someone that isn't associated with a huge organization and tons of tax dollars.
It just goes to show that if you have the desire and will to do something, then nothing is impossible!
