''Please remain on the line and one of our presentative will be with you shortly!'' And then you wait for untold minutes for that rep only when they finally do answer the phone, you find you are taking to someone who sounds like they are under water.
And on top of all that their English is so accented you can't understand them much of the time but then they become a little testy when you complain. Go figure!
