There are certain things that a good parent will not allow their child to have as that object will do them harm if allowed to have in their possession.
That just makes good sense. right? And yet some parents cannot figure out what is the best way to set parameters for their child's wellbeing. Especially if that child is mentally incompetent. Some things are not allowed for a challenged child to have that are dangerous, causing harm to themselves and other children.
