Joe has enjoyed a career of more the 50 years in government employment and never having to take responsibility for one minute of it!
Now as president, he not only is enjoying himself just like in the past, but now as his mental capacity has shown to be weak or nonexistent, he now has the power to do and say anything to anybody his diseased mind contemplates seemingly without consequence.
