Let this one really sink in… Last year 449,163 Californians received a jury duty summons to which they declined, using the "I am not a citizen, therefore I cannot sit on a jury" provision.
The source for jury duty candidates is the VOTER REGISTRATION list. Think about that for a minute , and then tell me there is NO Voter Fraud!
