There's always a slogan that fits any important occasion and this is one of the best! Biden had 47 years to make his mark on the country and the world for that matter but all he did was kiss and sniff the girls. Normally that would be okay for he next generation, but for a career politician seeking to be the leader of the free world, leaves us all wondering, "What the hell is going on?"
