Here is an example of Joe Biden trying to explain why some women are accusing him of invading their personal space and touching them without their consent to the women on the View.
This is beyond the comprehension of the average person as to why he can be the representative of a national party,(Now a Marxist collective) running for the highest office in our country, or worse, a rational individual with a mind of a 3rd grader who got caught peeing on the playground during recess!
Yet million are lining up to vote for him and his handlers.
