Right after the counting of the ballots from under the table and those that showed up in the middle of the night trucked in from DNC headquarters, Joe declared he won just like Hillary said emphatically he would, ''Never concede Joe, it will look like you're losing by a lot, but you will win!''! And he did.
How did she know? In Pennsylvania alone, he was losing by 750,000 votes but after 48 hours he won by more than 20,000! How did that happen and why was she so sure!?
I guess being in a criminal organization for 50 years makes sense that a ''dead man walking'' could win a national election!
