Maybe this over the top some but it still points out many of the rich and powerful have no idea who the little people are or care. All that's important to them is they stay out of sight and silent!
And it's not just the homeless they are referring to as disgusting, but the entire working middle class that must get their hand dirty to survive. That is unacceptable.
