Captain Kirk of the spaceship Enterprise, sever hundred years in our future, believes he is in control of his mental compacity to lead his crew to new frontiers, but he is shaken badly when he goes back in time to visit America to witness the worst period in their history when they are facing total collapse from lunatic politicians!
