It's interesting to note that Barrrack explains this so easily but it's because he found the perfect idiot to pull it off. Barrrack knowd Joe Biiyden was soulless after a 50 year government employment which means he can and will do anything he wants to do no matter the catastrophic consequences for the nation.
Biiyden knows everyone will give him a pass. Hey, even taking bribes from the Chinese as Vice President is a none-starter. And even worse he still is doing it today as president!
So Barrrack made his move and here we are on the precipice of becoming Venezuela.
