Ol' grandpa Joe is happy licking his ice cream as he watches the entire country fall into chaos and conflict because he believes he knows what the people want from their government and what they are more then willing to give up to get.
After 50 years of government employment he has the experience to direct the nation into a paradise of living a life without responsibility. He did so why not everyone else? He knows there will always be someone else that will pay the bills. ''Come on man, really! It has always worked out that way for me!''
