The scary part in all this is so many among us cannot tell the difference when they fed a lie and therefore vote themselves and the rest of us into conflict, chaos and destruction.
The Green New Deal - Welcome to disaster!
The Green New Deal - Welcome to disaster!
"Welcome to the wind turbine graveyard. It stretches a hundred meters from a bend in the North Platte River in Casper, Wyoming.
Between last May 2019 through September of 2020 the Casper Regional Landfill has received and buried 1124 wind turbine blades. From September up to early March, an additional 1,000 fibreglass turbine blades have also been received and buried.
These blades, which have reached the end of their typical 20-25-year working lives, come from three wind farms in this northwestern US state. Each will be cut into three, then the pieces will be stacked and buried.
Turbines from the first great 1990s wave of wind power are reaching the end of their life expectancy today. About two gigawatts worth of turbines will be refitted between 2019 and 2021. And disposing of them in an environmentally-friendly way is a growing problem.
This cost taxpayers $200,000 or more per unit to have them removed, transported, cut into sections, and buried in a landfill..
It's time to stop the madness. We need more support open your eyes to the environmental issues with wind turbine short-lived technology. The technology is short-lived i.e. ~20-25 yrs and less if damaged by hail or other natural catastrophes requiring the units to be removed, transported and landfilled just like all the others have been. Totally unaddressed is the concrete bases which cannot be reused because of the ever increasing size of the turbines."
Here is your "clean energy!"

Nothing to see here, just remember natural gas is still the real problem. It might be cheaper and clearer but it aint Woke! |
