The gifted individual marches to the beat of a different drummer. Some times it becomes difficult for these people to even dress themselves as they are pondering many other things other then dressing that would scare the hell out of rest of us.
But to, many are absorbed in a single category of brilliance that leaves actual life itself as an unimportant obstacle to their search for closure leaving lost and confused.
Still, there these people must have a certain amount of self to be able to relate their brilliance to a civil society that appears to them as wanting and incapable of anything constructive.
I have first hand knowledge of such people and if it wasn't so serious an affliction of indignant scorn for others, it would be funny in the extreme.
