If the democraaats have their way with implementing Barrrack's ''Fundamental change'' that he wanted and promised during his 8 years of compromise and failure, but now seems to be headed for his third term as he will kick Ol' Joe to the curb if he wins the election.
Barrrack still wants the ultimate power for control that he wasn't able to get during his 8 year tenure in the White House and what better way then to take it by force. And taking it from mentally challenged child is easy.
