Along with and in conjunction with the teachers unions that are totally out of control and virtually all progressive socialist democraaats, demanding their salaries but refusing to go to work, which in turn gave cover for these morons to cancel classes.
Not that these two wouldn't have any way, but still it gave them an excuse to do it. They, the unions and New York's brightest to do something totally destructive along with shutting down the state and the city.
