When it looks like the plan doesn't work as planned, the leadership will go into hiding and begin the next phase of their program to enslave the country to a historical ideology of failure. But the desire to take the ultimate power for the control of others will still burn brightly.
Attack! Attack!! Attack!!
Even if after twenty years of failed attempts in California to have the chance for the pinnacle of power slips away, she will never give up her chance for the prize. The beat will always go on. She really has nothing else to do!
If and when the worst does happen and all else fails to lure the ignorant and stupid to their demise, all will not be lost. The while gang will come out to begin to demonize those that were brought to power by the people.
Just the thought that the people actually did this is more than enough to drive the troops forward to try again to get the ultimate prize, absolute power over others. Nothing else matters!
