Ol' Joe comes from a place that most of us would find very frightening and adverse. Still, after 50 years of the good life in Washington, it looks like he has retained much of his old history of his life in the back country.
Strumming up stories of bravery and confrontation that have directed him from the beginning and his carring him forward today.
