What exactly can we expect after a person has two brain surgeries for aneurysms he suffered in 1988? The medical experts say he should be fine and able to go back to work as a senator making America a safe place to live and work.
But as we witnessed on so many occasions, he is not okay. But some people who know Joe's history say he never is not much different now then he was before the surgeries. Even his friends on the train every day thought he was mentally compromised.
The experts indicated some of the changes in his functions as senator from aneurysms are some regressions in adult brain functions. That is, his inabilities to grasp simple concepts or relate to his present environments will become obvious.
No big deal actually though. After all he is a lifelong democraaat. This makes him the perfect candidate for being president as a democraaat! No one will notice the difference.
