It doesn't make much sense to do this as it seems now that there is a complaint that small people want the door to open at the bottom as well so they are not compromised, victims of tall people.
Oregon government officials are at work finding a solution. A funding for the project has been submitted to HHS to cover the extra personal needed to make this happen. Actually, a new department has been created, Department of Door and Entry Inclusion and Diversity, DDEID, for this purpose.
Cost estimates summited range from $2.5 million to $11 million dollars the first year to begin work. More will be needed as the volume of complains are seen to be increasing daily.
