The justice system in New York city is just a corrupt as Alvin Bragg which means anyon who comes to trail will be screwed even if they are innocent.
Really, if they are guilty of a real crime, they will probably go free as AG Bragg said he won't prosecute most crimes that are committed as he has other things more important to do like, ''GET TRUMP!''
