Who knew that fixing the weather would be this hard! But than it really isn't hard to understand the problem at hand, it's just about income redistribution. Taking money from the foolish and easily duped and then putting into other people's bank accounts.
See! It really is easy to make storms go away, all that is required is a little more money. And it's worked like a charm for more than 40 years even when everyone can see nothing has changed! And yet millions of good citizens keep believing that what they are told is the truth.
Little wonder our country is headed for destruction.
