When one thinks about what luck some people have, it seems they live a special life.
But in the case of Justice Thomas being sick and Hillary off on other urgent matters concerning sick Republicans and other people that she deems as unworthy of life, it does appear the Justice was spared due to his very important position on the court, and to continue to make sure the court remains as function of the rule of law according to our Constitution.
We have much to be thankful for those circumstances over life and death happen the way they do!
