The Russians proposed Biiyden open the pipeline across the continent of Europe and close down the Keystone pipeline in the United States because Putin wants the United States to be dependent on them and the money Putin will get with the increased production from Russia.
The question remains is what was the incentive from the Russians for Biiyden to close the Keystone?
It's clear the Biiyden family is already on the hook from the Russians and has been for decades, so what new incentive did Putin offer Joe Biiyden to force the issue. And why is the Biiyden administration pushing drug addiction as a form of community outreach instead of actually offering help to releave the horrors of addition?
Maybe the history of the liberated democraaat (Party) collective is too strong to make any substantive changes from their dark Clan destructive past!
