Interesting the explanation seems to have not resonated with the mainstream media as they haven't really made any effort to question Joe's thoughts on this subject as with so many others that have been ignored due to substance and clarity are difficult to provide any response!
That, and of course he is a mentally ill Marxist democraaat that needs a lot of protection from nasty Republicans and Conservatives who want clarity.
